Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. How recurring billing works

SMC Ledger Pro is a recurring subscription. The monthly plan is billed every month, and the annual plan is billed every year, until you cancel. Each renewal charge is processed automatically through Paddle.com, our payment processor, using the payment method on your account.

2. Canceling your subscription

You can cancel at any time, for any reason:

• In the app: open the Pricing page and use the “Manage Subscription” button, which takes you to Paddle's Customer Portal, where you can cancel or change your payment method.
• By contacting us at MoXaujournal@gmail.com — we will process the cancellation for you.

3. What cancellation means

• Canceling stops all future renewal charges immediately — you will not be billed again.
• Cancellation does not delete anything: your account, journal, and full trade history are preserved.
• You keep Pro access until the end of the billing period you have already paid for.
• When that paid period ends, your account automatically reverts to the free plan, with all your data intact and still accessible.

4. Refund requests

Your first purchase of a new SMC Ledger Pro subscription is eligible for a full refund within 14 days of the initial charge, subject to applicable consumer law. Beyond that window, charges for a billing period that has started are not automatically refunded when you cancel — which is exactly why cancellation keeps your access until the end of that period.

Subscription renewals are generally non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law. Nothing in this policy limits or overrides any statutory consumer rights you may have in your country of residence.

To request a refund, contact MoXaujournal@gmail.com. Approved refunds are issued through Paddle.com back to your original payment method — how long the money takes to appear depends on your bank or payment provider.

5. The free plan

The free plan requires no payment card and never charges you. If you never subscribe to Pro, this policy does not apply to you.
